CARES Act Shareholder Assistance Program - Online Application
The Shareholder Assistance Program (SAP) is an HTC program funded through the company’s allocation of Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act funding, which allows HTC to provide cash assistance directly to HTC shareholders who experienced extra expenses and/or loss of income related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Shareholders over the age of 18 are eligible to apply for up to $550 for themselves and may also apply for their dependents who are shareholders. Applications are available as of Wednesday, Sept. 15 and be accepted through Friday, Oct. 15, 2021, or until all available funds are expended.

Paper applications are also available downstairs at the Juneau office and can be dropped in the secure dropbox.
